And where you saw it was in Hayward proper, correct? About what time? I just want to be sure I have the right info as I track this down.

I made an attempt to find out from the managers in Oakland today. Unfortunately, the one I'd normally ask (the one most likely to know) is on vacation. The next most-likely suspect was at lunch. The only one I could scrounge up didn't know, but it's not something he would unless he'd been involved with it.
