As backgound, NUMMI Motors in Fremont, CA is a joint Toyota-General Motors venture at the former Chevrolet assembly plant there. UP (originally SP) has a yard there called Warm Springs. As an aside, UP recently abolished the jobs at the ex-WP yard at Milpitas.
