Using the same "Type" (photo), my results ran from 1464 to 2999 KB/sec., depending on which "web host" I selected. Hard to draw much of a conclusion from such variance. And, as you say, this doesn't tell anything about the server being doubted. I think a better indication is a comparison between different downloading speeds of web sites. Other sites I routinely monitor load much faster than Altamont, hence my conclusion is that it's not my ISP server, but the one for Altamont. Perhaps those more familiar with internet connections than I am can offer other viewpoints. Incidentally, my ISP is the LAN wireless type (broadband).
