To post photos you will need to have the photo hosted somewhere. Once you have the image posted on a photo hosting site, right click the image and click properties. The URL for the pic will be displayed. Copy the URL and paste it between the [img] [/img] tags. I.e [img]the image URL[/img]. Make sure that if you are seeing a thumbnail to click the thumbnail to get the full size image before getting the URL to it.
