Tacoma Rail still works Oly.
The Tri City & Olympia RR has the contract for the port of Olympia. Tacoma Rail brings the cars from East Olympia to a siding in town in the area of 8th ave and Cherry st. The Tri City
& Olympia then picks up and takes the down the middle of Jefferson with a little street running to the port. The last I have heard was that they had priced themselfs out of business in Olympia and sent the customer to Everett Wa. With out a customer I dont think they need a locomotive in Olympia any more. Hope this answers your question.
