Durbin & Greenbrier Valley's New Tygart Flyer rolls across the Tygart River as it approaches the former Western Maryland Railway's depot at Elkins, WV to board passengers on July 4, 2009. After departing Elkins, the New Tygart Flyer will head south down the former Western Maryland Railway main to High Falls, WV, a leisurely 46 mile trip along the scenic Shavers Fork of the Cheat River. On the lead is West Virginia Central Railroad's FP7A No. 243, which was previously owned by VIA Rail. Coupled behind the 243 is WVC's FP7 No. 67, which was previously CSX No. 118, nee Clinchfield Railroad No. 200.
