hepkema is correct the yard tracks are going to be removed, but the main is staying in place. Pullman has decided that the view for people coming in to town for WSU football games wasn't pleasant. As a side note, I did see a Pullman contractor advertising on Craig's List that they wanted extra help for a "rail removal project".
