Wanda, same problem with my boss in my town. Team track got turned into a park and when we needed it it's not there, boss drives around town, sees nothing, figures its gonna be a pain in the ass to deal with rail, goes truck at twice the price. The way it looks to me, Pullman has more money than brains, even WSU is looking to move home football games away from Pullman, and not because town isn't pretty enough. (more people will go to "home" games in Seattle or Spokane rather than drive to Pullman---isn't even a decent american place to eat in whole town!! Flowers ain't gonna fix that). Pullman ought to be looking at more industry so students might find a job to help pay ever rising tuition, my kid going to WSU Spokane because she can take most courses she needs there and she can find a decent job at a metal designer and fabrication outfit.
