Per TV news operator was a 30 year Muni operator. Started 1979 in buses, changed to light rail two years ago. He tells the investigators be blacked out prior to impact.
heavy rail loco's have an alerter button, old trolleys had a dead man pedal or hand lever.
What do Breda LRV cars have?
