That horn you heard most likely came from a commercial truck in the light industrial area due east of Willows Road. not a train. This fooled me a couple of times too. The Woodiville-Redmond line has a red flag just south of Woodinville, and the track/ties are a mess the closer you get to Redmond. I haven't even seen a hi-railer in a year or more.
