3 and 4 are Los Angeles to Chicago and return, via Fullerton to San Bernardino via the Old 3rd Disrtict from LA.

This is a great rail fan or family day trip to the San Bernardino Depot and RR Museum, via Metrolink Commuter weekend services. This route covers the Metrolink San Gabriel Valley Line (former PE LAUPT to El Monte, SP-former SP to Pomona, Old ATSF 2nd District Pomona to San Bernardino Depot). It is a great day trip for things like Boy Scouts (RR Merit Badge) and to take kids on.
