Those are two ex-SPFE reefers that the shed purchased on scrap terms as additional pre-cooling space, just like Handle and sons did at Shafter and the spud shed did at Edison (Handel's is an ex-SFRD) These two cars in question were partially painted to cover up graffiti, and the antannea is the remains of a short-wave radio that I believe was used as part of thier business, most likely to facilitate truck dispatching, etc. These cars have been there since at least 1998. I am pretty sure that shed is defunct as far as car loading is concerned.
