William, the confusion lies in the two different "returns." The return from Owosso/Durand to Minneapolis will follow a different route from the Minneapolis-Durand/Owosso trip, and will occur from July 31 through August 2, laying over all day August 1 in Chicago. The other return, from Minneapolis to Portland, will follow the same route as the Portland-Minneapolis trip, and will take place in October with layovers as Carol Voss reported. BTW, Carol, which varnish will you be riding for the trip back to Portland?
