Photo 1 is the Balfour-Beatty work train I encountered at the Redwood dump between Novato and Petaluma. Photo 2 is the same train at the Haystack Bridge over the Petaluma River on July 21, 2009. The train was hauling 3 center beams of ties. Tied up for the night in Petaluma.
