Ringling Brothers circus train

can anyone tell me why the Ringling Brothers cirucs train has been sitting in the old Sp kasier yard in fontana ca for the past 2 days ? they split the train up on 3 tracks and yesterday it looks like they were doing some truck repair on one the cars....... i was just wondering
