As my son Matt pointed out, does Mr. Hansen know that? Over the last year or so, and maybe longer, in his postings on toadorders about the Mt. Emily locomotive, the great man from Bend has consistantly referred to the locomotive as "my 90-ton Shay". I am sure if you dig deep enough on TO, you could probably find the same thought expressed about the Willamette Shay and a host of others.

It also might be of passing interest to all the volenteers on board the 4449 that he refers to them as "his" crew.

I still want to know why he had his arm in a sling in Owosso.
