The official word sent out to the MRSR crews via email exactly an hour ago:

"DNR is going to allow us to run our regularly scheduled trains as long as we include the 10,000 gallon water tank car with a pump and fire hose, and shadow the trains 20 minutes later with the motorcar."

This anxiously awaited announcement should put big smiles on the faces of a lot of Willamette watchers!
