If it helps, YW No.19 carries around 4000 gallons of water and about 2000 gallons of oil, if I remember correctly. Typically, half a tank of water was used on one run (about 15 miles from Yreka to Montague and back) and about 150-200 gallons of oil burned from fire-up to shut down on a normal run day (this all depends on who's firing and how the locomotive is feeling of course). So every two weeks or there abouts an oil truck came an filled up the tender. I know the 19's tender is a little smaller than the 18's current tender, but it should help give an idea of the capacities.
