Amtrak train set at McClellan

An unusual sighting this a.m. A complete Amtrak train set with power parked on Sierra Nothern(YSL) yard trackage at McClellan. I'm going to guess this would be a 5/6 set.

Any guesses why it's here? If it's a SFZ set, it seem the logistics of crew and supplies out of Oakland might be a bit of a headache.

Unrelated note - UP appears to be routing fewer trains via Donner for now, and using the time to do upgrades on track 1 between Colfax & Auburn. Over the last few days and nights WB trains were running against the current between those locations.
