Caption Help - I.e. What is this load?

On my way home through Bremerton, WA the other day and had to do a double take. Parked in the newly rebuilt yard at the Naval Station was one of the little GE's with a what looks like part of a missile system on a flat car.

Take a look, let me know if you know what it is.

Curious Load

Also, how many of these little critters does the Navy have a Bremerton? I've shot two so far.
