toddlers on tracks

A pair of two year old boys went missing for 34 minutes at an Anaheim YMCA day care housed in an ex-Union Pacific station. Three adults were supervising ten toddlers when two boys crawled through a hole in a fence onto the adjacent double track main used by Surfliners, Metrolink, and BNSF. Video at link.
