Okay, so the ballast appears to be tamped, and yet the rails still are out of alignment both vertically and horizontally. So what needs to be done to straighten them out? More passes with the tamper? Or passes with a tamper-liner? By the way, I don't think we've seen a tamper-liner at work on this project yet.
