From what I can tell, most all of the numerous complaints in the lawsuit were ignored by the court. The most serious being the requirement to re-study 101 and 280 alternatives.

It looks to me that the CHSRA will be able to address the few issues that the judge ruled relevant. The big question is where does the UP really stand vis-a-vis the hsr. Does anybody know?
