There hasn't been an actual office at Milpitas for quite a while. Clerical and management functions were handled by Warm Springs, then a year or so ago the clerks at Warm Springs who "ran" the yard had their positions abolished with their work being transfered to the West Oakland Yardmaster.

As for the yards in San Jose, College Park Yard was sold for redevelopment, and most of Newell Yard has been sold to VTA, with UP only keeping a small handful of tracks. The yard jobs and locals were first relocated to Milpitas, then to Warm Springs after Milpitas closed.
