The large SP would have a cascading effect both up and down in white neon, then would fill up solid, and then SP would go out and would be replaced by three lines of text, "YOUR FRIENDLY RAILROAD" in red outlined neon. Then it would cycle back to the big SP again. At least that's how I remember it.
