Yes, this load could move on rail, but would need special clearances. Normal maximum weight on rail for 4-axles is 286,000 pounds. But if this load could be spread over 2 flat cars with a cradle that could pivot on each car, I think it could be done without the fancy heavyweight cars. Since there is a second joint to be moved I think it would be worth their while to build the cradles and mount them on two cars move the first one, and then send the two cars to get the second joint in Minnesota. The 75 foot length would not pose a problem. The joint is a bit wide at 15 feet, so it would take special clearances and maybe special routing. The biggest issue is that speed is not a railroad strength and railroads are not particularly user friendly about suggesting loading plans, etc.
