Off the top of my head, on the south end, depots: Tiburon, Point Reyes Station, San Rafael, Novato, Schellville, Sonoma (replica), Petaluma, Santa Rosa (both NWP & P&SR), Sebastopol (P&SR), Healdsburg, Duncans Mills (replica?), Hopland, Ukiah, Willits. Also, SP depot at Kenwood (just east of Santa Rosa). Electric substation at Baltimore Park (Corte Madera). On the north end, depots at Fort Seward, Fernbridge, Scotia (more like a post-depot office). Is the Eureka yard office/depot still standing? I'm sure there are others I've missed.
