Don't bother thanking the governor. His press corps will see that he gets more than he deserves. Repairing damage on private property by the owner of the property is generally pretty open and shut. They provided their own materials and crews, entered their own right of way, and didn't require any exotic materials or equipment that they didn't have on hand.

Their equipment wasnot overweight or length, so they needed no permits to run on the roads.

They did the job they were required to do. Maybe they should hire out to the CSX so the Sunset can get to Jacksonville. Oh, I forgot, CSX trains do get to Jacksonville. Only Amtrak is shut out... again.
