BNSF 1600 and SP Unit at CEECO

I had posted this at end of the previous thread. Anyone have any answers?

BNSF 1600 is parked outside at CEECO tonite when I drove by. You can see the cab, the rest of it missing.

What is so special about this unit? I dont know history of locomotives like others here..

What about the unit painted in SP Black Widow colors? It came North with the Private Rail car convention couple years ago if I remember right and they had problems enroute.

But I noticed recently the SP Logo on the front of the locomotive is missing.

Who owns this unit? It has been at CEECO for quite awhile and hasnt moved.
