UP customers

While driving home from working a long shift at Port of Morrow. One UP customer gets lumber via boxcar or centerbeam car it has an unloading ramp on the siding. Is it normal for a customer to get its delivery and cars that are not suppose to be there on the siding. example i saw 1 centerbeam car and two covered hoppers, the hoppers appears either grain or soybean parked at the customer whichs unload/load lumber only?? :{ a few days at the same place only a hoppercar was seen at the unloading ramp??
