Siskiyou Semaphores out of service 3 24 2007

Not sure if this is news anymore, but watched as CORP crews covered up the last operating Style B semaphores on the Sisikyou line on Saturday 3 24 2007. Last set to be covered was at Krewson OR, just North of Drain OR. Crews took all remaining pairs of semaphores out of service on Saturday, covered the blades, and turned the number plates up, so couldn't be read from trains. New signals are in place, and operating.
