The Albuquerque thing was bizarre, the guy just said that he didn't like the city so went out and
ran into things!! As to the noise issue, when I bought my house in Arizona I had my nose pressed
up against the big map on the wall and the Air Force Base pointed out in no uncertain terms. There
were several forms indicating its' presence as well and California is the same way as to the lotsa
paperwork. The only thing I could figure on the disclosure is that the railroad and the associated
noise are NOT considered a nuisance in legal terms. So in that case it's truly buyer beware and
you better be looking at what you buy.
