This driver has the basis for a lawsuit. The article clearly stated at the beginning that the BNSF train was travelling on NM highway 47. What was the train doing traveling on the highway. Of course, the gentleman in question has it right when he stated he saw the train traveling down the tracks. Does this newspaper not have a proofreader? The gentleman was traveling on NM 47, not the train.
