Just so everyone knows. The WIR did bid on that with frontier rail. The main reason for the partnership is using the wir's 25 million insurance policy for the operation. the cost of the policy made a stand alone operation almost impossible. As more info comes my way I will pass it on. Thanks Stan Patterson
