First Train on Mare Island Today

A 3 car train of Amtrak cars pulled by a Cal Northern engine was spoted on Mare Island at 1PM this afternoon. This might be the first train on the Island since 2004. I noticed some of the crossing gates on the Mare Island line through Valllejo are still missing so hopefully they flagged the crossings. Does anyone know if this is going to be a common carrier opertion or just a long sput to the Amtrak rebuild shop?
