They could easily get access to the abandoned inland portion of the CNWS where they have lots of buildings and bunkers to use but I dont think they have. Theres lots of rail in there, 10+ years ago I did a fairly extensive speeder trip with a group on the inland side where theres lots of track. We had a armed Marine escort on the tour back then, I get out there a few times a year for work reasons and I pretty much have the run of the place, my how times have changed. I've lived very close to the CNWS my whole life and it was a real interesting perspective to see it from th eother side of the fence.
