Geiger Spur: relocation plan questions???

When the Geiger Spur is relocated to the CW Branch, how is the connection to the CW planned to be? Is it just going to be a switch, or is there going to be a siding there to exchange or set out cars for the Spur? If it's just a switch, will the operator of the Spur be expected to go to Cheney to pick-up cars from the BNSF? When the Geiger Spur is connected to the CW will it become part of the CW operationally or remain a seperate railroad? Was talking to someone who used to work at Fairchild the other day and he asked and I really hadn't thought about it much and didn't know. Thanks in advance for replies.
