Cost-cutting again. The planned switch on the north end that was going to stub to the AFB fence (where it goes through now)--just for future possibilities--was also cut out of the plan.

The current alignment has ONLY the crossing of highway 902 to worry about. The other 2 crossings are on dead end roads with no residences on them. There are no residential areas that will be passed through. there should be even fewer in the future once the land is zoned for industrial use. Anything on the order of daily service is down the road at least a couple of years.
