I'm sorry, but railroads can't be sealed off, period. It is a fools errand to try to seal them off.
Some of the quote's I heard before, is "nothing is foolproof because fools are so ingenious".
As a nation we have given up significant freedom, and responsibility in the guise of being safe at all costs. Do we really want to be safe at all costs?
My favorite quote:
"Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!"
We are chained down by the safety at all costs, the lawyers, the endless laws, and by government that is too big.
