Dragoman,

I am terribly sorry for your loss. While I think we will probably continue to have some level of disagrement on this topic, I understand your point of view now, well, what I mean is that I understand that I am probably not fully able to know it.

I do think that the problem is that the more you fence the railroad ROW in the more you actually turn it into a difficult to escape funnel. I don't think it deters trespass. So, my biggest issue is that many of the precautions actually can make things more dangerous.
