If I remember, they got in like 21 miles of welded rail, but only had the funds to install about 7 miles of it at a time. It could be that they have received more Connect Oregon money that Arlen spoke of above to install the remaining or part of the remaining welded rail.

This is just what I remember and could be wrong so don't quote me or take it as 100% fact.
