Seeing as how BNSF owns all the trackage involved, with the sole exception of UP's
Fife yard, and that UP has trackage rights on at least part of it that date back to the Great Northern days, it ain't UP allowing 4449 on UP trackage.

And even if it was, that's not new; 4449 has to use some small segments of UP to get to and from the Brooklyn roundhouse no matter what.
