oh, great!! just what we need--some bimbo making it harder for photography to take place along the tracks. bnsf has always been friendly up here in the northwest to railfans (as opposed to union pacific) and with this lawsuit some reviews on policy will take place. i hope this person not only loses her suit but is ordered to pay all court costs for both sides.
