When was service discontinued between the Snohomish Wye and South of Arlington?

I'm really wondering how many years the bridge at Snohomish has been out of service; therefor not inspected.

"IT" may become the most critical and most expensive feature of relocating the Spirit of Washington Dinner Train. The clock is ticking.
