The shop does have an overhead crane of probably 20 ton capacity...no paint booth though...was suprised they could get to Western Jct. with all of the stored cars online.

Alongside I-5 between Portland & Seattle measured 8.9 miles of stored well cars...the boxcars north of Essex were gone.
