FRC slide?

Came down the Feather River Canyon late last night. Possible slide at one of the power dams, lots of UP trucks at the highway and heavy equipment working under lights at the end of the dam next to tracks. UP train held just above dam, BNSF seen below it, another UP held at James. Big PGE facility just below dam in question (somewhere above Storrie) was busy also.
