From General Order No. 48:

Effective 23:59 PST 22 DEC. 2009, that portion of the Riverbank Sudivision between MP 1.0 and MP 6.5 changes ownership to Sierra Northern.

One inquiry to the on-duty Riverbank trainmaster indicated that too many BNSF crews whined about going to Oakdale. Personally, I always enjoyed it regardless of time of night or weather, as it got us out of the yard.
