UP still serves Oakdale, it's their LRS94 local out of Stockton on duty around 10am Sun-Fri. Pretty sure they go out to Oakdale on Mon/Wed/Fri, up to South Sacramento on the ex-WP Tue/Thur, and do the BNSF interchange every day.
They still serve A.L. Gilbert and ConAgra (ex-Hunts) in Oakdale - ConAgra must be making something besides tomatoes as the Sierra is/was delivering covered hoppers of something to the plant.

Also Sconza Candy bought the Hershey plant in 2008 and they are getting at least tank cars of corn syrup, not sure who switches them.
