I don't get it either. Obviously something in very recent history to do with Metrolink and a Bombardier car but Valley junction and General Hospital? Hmm, I believe Valley Jct was near downtown and General Hospital was based on a fictional city called Port Charles, NY and actually filmed in the ABC/Prospect studios in the Los Feliz/Silver Lake area of L.A. Clearly I'm not smart enough to connect the dots. Interesting riddle though.
