I believe both locations referred to are one & the same. Military Rd. used to cross Van Assalt Yard, as well as the NP/GN & MILW/PCRR, just North of the stored power.
Some of the stored power includes SD-40-2 & SD-40-T-2's, & SD-50/SD-60's, including a patched C&NW unit. Many will never run again, at least on Ewe - Pee.
